We provide free delivery within business hours (7am – 4pm, Monday - Friday).

Hot food can be delivered up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time and cold food up to 60 minutes prior.

We can accommodate your catering needs best when orders are placed at least 2 days prior to function, however orders can be placed up to 24 hours prior. For large events (30+ guests), at least one week’s notice would be appreciated.

Cancellation charges of 50% of the total order apply for all orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery.

We are pleased to offer recycled cardboard platters and trays for all our catering as a standard - however should you require plastic or ceramic trays please contact our staff via catering@eurekahospitality.com.au to make this arrangement.

All non-disposable serving ware is the property of Eureka Hospitality Group. If Eureka Hospitality staff are not in attendance at the conclusion of a function, secure storage of serving ware is the responsibility of the event organiser. Charges will apply for any wares not returned upon completion of catering.

We are happy to provide for any specific dietary requirements. However, customers with highly sensitive allergies should be aware that while all care is taken in preparation of our food, we cannot fully guarantee that cross contamination does not take place.

We do not generally offer refunds unless goods or services were not delivered, in this instance a credit will be offered or full refund depending on the circumstances.
